In the US, B2B intelligence platform ZoomInfo has added two new directors to its Board: Smartsheet CEO Mark Mader and RingCentral CFO Mitesh Dhruv.

The Waltham MA-based firm, which is owned by DiscoverOrg, uses proprietary technology and tools to gather, clean and maintain company and contact data, providing 'comprehensive coverage' of 100 million business professionals worldwide. Mader joins the Board with more than twenty years' exec leadership experience in Software-as-a-Service companies. He currently heads collaboration and work management software firm Smartsheet, and led the company through its 2018 IPS. He also serves as a Board member of the University of Washington Information School.

As Chief Financial Officer of cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions provider RingCentral, Dhruv leads global finance functions, including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. He joins the ZoomInfo Board with nearly twenty years of experience in accounting and finance, including a career on Wall Street as an equity analyst.
