In the US, customer engagement software developer Khoros has appointed Staci Satterwhite as Chief Customer Officer.

Khoros connects consumer data from across all departments of a company to help it anticipate customer needs. Satterwhite (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' tech experience, including leadership roles at Microsoft, Vignette, HEALTHCAREfirst and Dell. Most recently, she led a worldwide sales team at IBM.

In her new role, she will lead the company's customer division, and take responsibility for success across all stages of the Khoros customer journey. She will report to CEO Jack Blaha, who comments: 'Staci is a proven leader with a strong track record for building exceptional teams and delivering results.
