In the US, the University of California-Irvine (UCI) has announced that SoapBoxSample / icanmakeitbetter Chief of Operations Jacqueline Rosales is joining the Advisory Board for its Customer Experience Program.

The program offers either a four-day, hands-on immersion course or an eight-week online option. Students will learn how to apply principles that drive customer experience innovation, and understand the techniques employed by big name companies.

Rosales (pictured) currently serves as COO of online sampling company SoapBoxSample, and community insight platform icanmakeitbetter, which are both part of data collection firm ISA, itself owned by Lieberman Research Worldwide. Earlier, she served as Chief Revenue Officer of digital data tracking specialist Luth Research, and she was a Project Director at data collection firm Directions in Research.

She comments: 'I am proud to share my knowledge and experiences with a group that will one day be among the leaders in their industries. I'm excited to take this opportunity to give back to the industry and support the next wave of people who will contribute to the customer experience discipline'.
