Lyda ForeroCanada-based research firm Hotspex has promoted Lyda Forero to the role of Senior Vice President of Research, after a decade at the company.

From its existing offices in Toronto, New York, London, and Tel Aviv, employee-owned Hotspex works with advertisers in more than 33 countries to drive brand growth by accelerating the speed to market of new ideas. The firm's proprietary human motivation measurement platform helps brands trigger consistent emotions, personality associations, sensory cues, and rational benefits across all touch points along the shopper journey.

Foreno (pictured) joined in 2011 as a Senior Analyst, and more recently served as VP of Research, working with clients and brands ranging from CPG, retail, automotive, not-for-profit, and apparel. Since taking on management of the firm's largest, global CPG customer, she has helped grow the busines by 300%.
