In the US, Tim Alex has rejoined qual and quant provider Ironwood Insights Group (IIG) as Senior Director of Programming.
IIG was
formed in 2018, following the merger of Ironwood Insights with data collection and research services businesses Information Alliance. Alex (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' market research sector experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Technical Support Engineer at Enghouse Interactive, parent company of survey tech firm Survox, where he was involved in new client training, product demonstrations and software development. Before this, he was one of the original three employees of IIG, serving as VP, Programming/IT; and he worked for Thoroughbred Opinion Research as Director of Online Programing.
Commenting on the news, founder Brand Larson said: 'We couldn't be more excited about Tim re-joining our firm. He brings a high level of Survox understanding to research, as well as the supporting technologies that make the software more flexible and user friendly'.
