Technology and services analyst HFS Research has appointed Nischala Murthy Kaushik as Chief Marketing Officer, based out of Delhi India.
HFS aims to provide 'visionary insight into the major innovations impacting business operations' including automation, AI, blockchain, IoT, digital business models and smart analytics; basing its work on demand side data and engagements with industry practitioners. In January, the company
launched a cloud research practice.
Murthy Kaushik (pictured) joins after a career which has included fourteen years at IT services giant Wipro, where she latterly served as Global Marketing Director for the CTO office, responsible for marketing emerging technologies across geographies and industry sectors. She has more than two decades of global work experience, including B2B marketing in the IT services industry.
In her new role, Murthy Kaushik will oversee the global marketing function, with responsibility for marketing strategy, brand, content, operations, corporate communications, social media and events. She will work closely with the HFS leadership team to increase the firm's reach and industry influence. Commenting on the appointment, CEO and Chief Analyst Phil Fersht said: 'Bringing talent like Nischala onto our leadership team will help us stay ahead of the noise as we shape the next ten years of our industry in this increasingly hyperconnected and diverse economy.'
