US-based researcher Smarty Pants has appointed Amberly Lernerhas in the role of 'Insights Prodigy, based in Boston, MA' - one of nineteen new hires already this year.

Lerner has bachelor's degree in English and Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She worked most recently as a user experience researcher at Chiago-based fin tech firm Envestnet. In her new role she supports all phases of custom research from recruitment to final report and video creation; and is part of the firm's IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Academy), educating colleagues and clients on issues related to diversity and inclusion.
