Helen BrocklehurstANZ agency Fiftyfive5 has appointed Helen Brocklehurst in the newly created role of Head of Customer Experience (CX) NZ - a significant growth area for the company.

Brocklehurst (pictured) is charged with growing the New Zealand client base and stablishing new relationships within the retail, services and government sectors. She brings more than twenty years' experience in insights consulting, most recently from CX agency Buzz Channel where she spent four years as Research Director and then General Manager. Her earlier experience includes eight years at Infotools and five at Nielsen in Auckland.

Andrea Collier, Fiftyfive5's Head of CX and Research Platform, comments: 'We have experienced significant growth in our CX practice over the past 18 months and are delighted to have Helen on board to lead the offer in New Zealand. Helen's extensive experience in local government program management alongside her commercial expertise, will be a real asset to the team'. MD New Zealand Richard Hall says the hire comes at 'a time of continued and rapid double-digit growth', and promises news of further new hires 'in the coming months'.
