London-based strategy consultancy The Forge has appointed Shanna Boland as Director, to support its Customer Strategy and Quantitative Insight practices.
Founded in 2013, The Forge brings together consumer insight and commercial expertise to develop customer-driven business strategy programmes. Boland (pictured) joins after three years as a Director in Kantar Consulting's Commercial Strategy team. Prior to this, she was an AD at brand strategy specialist Mash Strategy Studio, and she worked for strategic advisor Kae as a Senior Consultant, providing insight and advice on pricing and packaging strategy, customer retention and acquisition, marcoms, and product development.
Of the appointment, co-founder Karl Miley said: 'We are delighted to be welcoming Shanna to our growing Quantitative practice. Shanna's experience in developing quantitative growth frameworks, including Demand Spaces, will be a tremendous asset for our clients.'
