Former IFF Research Director Rowan Foster has joined Kantar Public UK, as a Senior Director in the Evaluation Practice.

At IFF, Foster was a Director within the Work, Welfare and Well-Being Team for six years, leading many of the firm's large-scale, mixed methods evaluations across a range of government clients. Earlier she worked at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion, and the Department for Work and Pensions. Her interests include increasing the impact of evidence in policy development and widening access routes into the social research profession.

In her new role, she will work as part of the leadership team of the Practice, which provides end-to-end evaluation to UK government and public realm clients. UK CEO Craig Watkins says Foster's 'deep expertise in her policy areas further enhances the firm's rapidly growing Evaluation practice and offer', adding: 'Rowan brings enviable knowledge and extensive delivery experience with a strong focus on client impact that will strengthen the team's end-to-end evaluation offer and services we offer our clients'.
