Ellie RatcliffIn London, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company Merkle has moved Ellie Ratcliff into the role of Director of Adobe Alliance EMEA, supporting the company's use of Adobe products.

Dentsu-owned Merkle specialises in the delivery of personalised customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company's background in data, technology, and analytics forms the foundation of its skills in understanding consumer insights that drive hyper-personalised marketing strategies.

Ratcliff (pictured) joined last year as Adobe Alliance Manager for the Northern Europe region, having previously worked for Adobe in professional services sales, based in Copenhagen and supporting customers across the Nordics. Earlier, she worked for global digital agency Vertic as an Account Manager and Digital Producer.
