In the US, Focus Forward Transcription has promoted Matt Devine to Director of Transcription, and Chris Rosentreter to Transcription Manager, while Lauren Costa has joined the new 'development task force'.

Founded in 2002, Wayne, PA-headquartered Focus Forward Transcription offers nationwide recruiting and online sample services, as well as coding, transcription, client list management and incentive processing. Devine joined nearly nine years ago as Transcription Support Specialist, and more recently served as Manager of Transcription and Coding Services, managing the Transcription department. Rosentreter was most recently a Project Manager, having joined the company in 2018 as Associate Project Manager; while Costa joined in 2019 as a Project Manager.
