In the US, MR recruitment specialist Focus Forward has promoted Kathrina Ramroop to the role of Qualitative Director, APMs and Programming, while Qualitative Director Rachael Lynn has taken on the additional responsibility for overseeing the Project Management teams.

Wayne, PA-based Focus Forward specializes in qualitative recruitment, incentive fulfilment, interview scheduling, quantitative panel, and transcription services. Ramroop joined nearly seven years ago and most recently served as Senior Project Manager, having earlier been a Qualitative Project Manager. Lynn joined in 2014 as Senior Project Manager and has been in her current position for more than four years.
