Applied behavioral science company BEESY has made five new appointments: Hudson Taylor and Lisa Smith as Research Analysts, Jorge Jimenez as a Research Manager, and Karuna Banerjee and Elina Konstantinidou as Behavioral Associates.

BEESY was founded in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US CEO Elys Roberts (pictured).

Taylor joins with five years of academic and consulting experience, and worked most recently as a Graduate Fellow for Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). He holds a Bachelor of Science in I/O Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently finishing his PhD in I/O Psychology at Louisiana Tech University. Smith brings almost twenty years of experience working
in educational leadership and support primarily within non-profit organizations; and holds a
Bachelor's in Communications from Duquesne University with a specialized focus in Journalism.

Jimenez joins from Murphy Research with a background in economics and neuroscience, and holds a B.Sc. from UCLA. Banerjee is a recent graduate as Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and earlier worked in the public health sector at a behavioral science non-profit based in India. Konstantinidou brings experience in applied neuroscience and behavioral science research in the CPG, pharmaceutical, and financial industries, with a Bachelor's degree double major in Neuroscience & Behavior and Economics from Columbia University and a master's from the University of Pennsylvania.

Roberts says of the appointments: 'Our mission at BEESY is to leverage rigorous science to deliver improved commercial outcomes. We do that by better understanding and impacting human decision-making.
