Swiss / German in-store and omnichannel customer experience analysis specialist ISC-CX has added its Operational Director Kasia Filbrandt to its Board of Directors.
Formerly focused on mystery shopping and known as International Service Check, the company rebranded in 2020 and now offers a wider range of services including real-time survey product Voice-2025; POS crowdsourcing app solution Simply Tasks; customised retail audits; and employee surveys - in addition to mystery shopping offers.
Filbrandt (pictured) joined in 2009 and has held her current position since 2019. In her new position, she will be in charge of the firm's long-term project management strategy and lead the integration of digital technologies. MD Reinhold Auer comments: 'Kasia has always driven and developed our company's international project management to an extraordinary extent.
