Digital innovation consultancy Bounteous has appointed former dentsu International M&A and Merkle finance leader Larry Hinz as its new CFO.

Bounteous was founded in 2003 in Chicago, and helps clients with digital experience creation and management by a process of 'co-innovation'. Services cover strategy, experience design, technology, analytics and insight, and marketing.

Hinz will be responsible for Bounteous' strategic growth planning and will lead the company's accounting, financial planning, investor relations, M&A, and legal teams. He brings more than 35 years of experience managing all aspects of P&L for global services businesses, most recently from dentsu International where he was Global Head of M&A, and previously from Merkle where as Global CFO he was responsible for commercial finance initiatives in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
