Katherine Ephlin, previously Head of Operations, North America has recently stepped into the role of MD of North America at Human8, the agency previously known as InSites Consulting.

The promotion was announced a month ago when Camille Nicita vacated the MD role to become Global CEO of Human8.

Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, the firm has its roots in online communities but has built out its offering with nine acquisitions in the last five years. These include US-based Gongos, which Ephlin originally joined seventeen years ago as an Account Director. Her roles since then have included Director Financial & Diversification, VP of Operations, COO and Head of Operations for North America.
