New York City-based unified customer experience management platform Sprinklr has appointed Michael Maas to lead it sales in Europe.

Sprinklr develops enterprise software for a full range of customer-facing functions, using AI to help companies deliver 'human experiences' to customers across any channel. Amsterdam-based Maas (pictured) previously served as VP for EMEA North at workflow management specialist ServiceNow, where he led growth across both direct and channel sales for the Benelux and Nordics, UK and Ireland, and Central Europe regions. His 25-year career includes leadership roles with organizations including VERITAS, Symantec, EMC, Good Technology and BlackBerry.

In his new position, reporting to Chief Revenue Officer Paul Ohls, Maas will focus on business growth through direct sales, accelerating existing opportunities across European brands, and expanding the firm's recently relaunched unified partner program. Company founder and CEO Ragy Thomas comments: 'Europe is a key strategic growth market for Sprinklr.
