Paul SuttonUK-based social research and behaviour change specialist M.E.L Research has appointed former NatCen exec Paul Sutton as Fieldwork Operations Manager, responsible for the delivery of all outbound call centre (CATI) and face-to-face (CAPI/CASI) fieldwork.

M.E.L is a full service social research agency aiming 'to make a positive difference to organisations, employees, customers and wider society' and with a strong focus on improving public services. Sutton (pictured) joins with twenty years' operational management experience, with fourteen dedicated to fieldwork management across the social research sectors. Earlier he worked for Telewest and Capita, before joining JRA Research, Peak Answers, and the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen). At the last of these he was Senior Field Manager, leading a remote team of field performance managers and external survey interviewers.
