Prof. KellerNew York-based marketing strategy and consumer behavior specialist GBK Collective has appointed Professor Kevin Lane Keller, marketing author and E. B. Osborn Professor of Marketing at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, to its advisory board.

GBK has academic roots - its co-founder Eric Bradlow is Vice Dean of Analytics and Chair of Wharton's Marketing Department - and combines this with real world corporate experience to promise clients practical and actionable solutions to their business issues.

Keller's book Strategic Brand Management has been called the 'bible of branding' - now co-authored with Vanitha Swaminathan, the book is in its 5th edition and has been adopted at business schools and corporates worldwide; and he is also the co-author with Philip Kotler and Alex Chernev of Marketing Management, which the firm says is 'the most widely used MBA textbook in marketing around the world', now in its 16th edition.

Keller served on the faculty at Stanford University, including as Head of the marketing group; and on the faculties of the University of California at Berkeley and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a visiting professor at Duke University and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
