Session 1 - 25 February
Session 1 will develop our understanding of questionnaire design by exploring the cognitive process by which respondents answer survey questions. The implications of these cognitive processes are then used for designing better survey questions.

Session 2 will examine a suite of tools to increase the validity and reliability of survey findings. This session applies the latest evidence base for superior survey design.
Session 3 - 11 March
Session 3 will continue to examine approaches to increase the validity and reliability of survey findings, applying the latest evidence base for superior survey design.
