Japanese ad giant Dentsu Inc. and its largest MR firm INTAGE Inc. have announced a partnership to jointly develop marketing intelligence solutions aimed at speeding up clients' marketing decision-making.

The companies cite the growing importance of marketing in corporate life, the continuing diversification of information and the increasingly complex analysis available as factors in their decision to team up. The partnership will produce 'one-stop solutions' covering multiple marketing issues.

The deal will see the integration and analysis of both companies' core data, producing 'integrated insight support' for business and marketing strategies, and for planning communications strategy, and should see offers rolled out to the two firms' clients by April next year.
