Social Media Focus for New US Provider

In Denver, US, former iModerate director Adam Henderson has opened a new qualitative market research consultancy with a focus on social media insight and meaning.

Adam HendersonHenderson Insight will provide custom market research consulting services as well as insights based on analysis of social media. 'Through our proprietary Insight Genesis solution, we apply qualitative needs-based analysis models to social media content, to deliver our clients the meaning behind the social media metrics,' explains Henderson.

Prior to founding the firm, Henderson gained more than a decade of research experience across the consumer, IT, financial services and social research sectors.

Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Moderating Services at iModerate, prior to which he worked in the UK and US as a Senior Qualitative Manager with TNS (in Edinburgh and San Francisco), and as a Research Specialist with McKinsey & Company in London.
