BDRC Launches Hospitality Venue Measure

London-based market research agency BDRC has launched a suite of services for measuring the performance of venues used for corporate hospitality events.

Matt CostinIts new 'VIP Verdict' solution measures the ability of individual venues to handle sales enquiries and thereby drive sales conversion. It also benchmarks service levels against competitors, and determines which customers and non-paying guests could provide the most future value.

Additionally, the service analyses how the market is changing and determines how to adapt offers to meet the needs of hospitality buyers.
