Synovate Hires Abraham to Head Public Sector

In London, Synovate has named former ORC International Public Sector Head Richard Abraham as Head of its Public Sector, Charities and Transport industry sector team.

Since 2006, Abraham has led the Public Sector team at ORC International, where he has concentrated on core customer satisfaction research, as well as more involved policy and programme evaluation. Prior to this, he spent seven years as the Head of Research, Information and Customer Feedback at Southwark Council.

'After searching for several months for the right person to head up our public sector team, we are delighted that Richard Abraham has joined us,' stated Jill Telford, CEO of Synovate UK. 'He has a very good balance of people skills, customer focus, public sector experience and research professionalism and going forward, he will be instrumental in growing the UK business.'

The role was previously held by Nigel Jackson, who was tragically killed in an accident while skiing in the French Alps on Christmas Day.
