Social Media Tracking Partnership for China

Social media consultancy Converseon has announced a strategic partnership with Chinese social media intelligence provider CIC to integrate monitoring and conversation mining products.

The partners say the deal brings together a Chinese-based 'best of breed' provider with Converseon's rapidly expanding global listening platform to provide major brand clients with a 'consistent, robust and comprehensive social listening solution'. Converseon's social mining capabilities can now be deployed in Mainland China, while CIC clients can now access Converseon's multi-language capabilities and social media consulting services.

Converseon's Conversation Miner suite combines automated and human analysis elements and works in more than a dozen languages. CIC runs a suite of social media tools including IWOMdiscover for monitoring, IWOMexplorer for analytics and IWOMcooperator for engagement.
