Salvoni Joins Satmetrix

Net Promoter consultancy Satmetrix has appointed Robert Salvoni - formerly President, International of Harris Interactive - as its Managing Director, International.

Satmetrix is a provider of customer experience management programs and the co-developer of Net Promoter, a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships and serves as an alternative to traditional customer satisfaction research.

Salvoni's position at Harris was one of the casualties of the recent shake-up of its struggling UK business. At Satmetrix he will be responsible for growing the international business with a focus on coordinating and expanding market position, as well as managing all international sales, strategic partnerships and client development activities outside of North America. He will manage a team that will be responsible for new client acquisition, client retention and customer loyalty.

In his previous role, Salvoni was instrumental in Harris' steps to transform its UK business. He worked previously at Iris Accountancy Practice Solutions where he the software solutions business, contributing to a successful management buyout backed by Hellman and Friedman. He also worked as a Sales Director at BT Wholesale.
