Wang Rejoins Yankee Group to Lead Research

Former TNS exec Gigi Wang has re-joined technology consultancy Yankee Group as Chief Research Officer, in charge of the company's growing research team.

Headquartered in Boston, Yankee Group has a global presence, including operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. In the past year, the company has recruited a dozen new analysts and several new client support execs.

Most recently, Wang served as EVP, Global Consumer Sector at TNS, where she managed the Microsoft and Procter & Gamble accounts. Before this, she spent 16 years at IDC, holding numerous leadership positions including SVP of Strategy, CMO, and SVP of Worldwide Communications and Internet Research. At Yankee Group she was Director of Data Communications Research from 1987-1990.
