Market Force Buys Tell Us About Us

Market Force Information, a provider of customer experience and intelligence data, has acquired Winnipeg, Canada-based Tell Us About Us (TUAU) which specializes in customer experience measurement.

The acquisition is the fourth in only six years in business for Market Force, and will expand its ability to pull together multiple threads of consumer data, and couple them with store financial metrics to help retailers understand the customer experience before, during and after the sale.

Karl Maier, Market Force's CEO, comments: 'This is a milestone acquisition for us. We've grown our Customer Feedback portfolio over the past several years and, with TUAU, we'll have greater capabilities spanning even more markets and geographies. What's more, TUAU's 800-call center services and social media monitoring and outreach naturally complement our current solutions.'

Tyler Gompf, CEO of Tell Us About Us, will head up a new Center of Excellence within Market Force. Says Gompf: 'There is a huge opportunity for expanded growth right now as our clients angle to stay ahead in the race for customer loyalty...
