Added Value Expands Four Units

In the US, WPP-owned brand and marketing insight consultancy Added Value has made four new executive management appointments across its technology, intercultural, futures and qualitative practices.

Cauri Jaye joins as Group Senior Vice President, Technology, where he will design and lead global technology strategy and develop new digital offers. Most recently, he served as Senior Project Manager in the London office of WPP's digital marketing agency Schematic/Possible Worldwide.

Stephen Palacios, formerly EVP at sister firm and innovation specialist Cheskin Added Value, now takes on the much broader roles of Executive Director of Business Development and Executive Director of Intercultural Practice for Added Value North America. He also joins the US Board of Directors.

Lee Shupp, Cheskin Added Value EVP, will expand his current role by further integrating existing and new offerings from across all of the Added Value North American network. As an academically trained futurist, he will also be responsible for incorporating futures expertise to expand the company's trend offering. Shupp will also join the US Board of Directors.

Finally, Cheskin Added Value's former Director of Consumer Research, Tommy Stinson, becomes Director of Qualitative Insights, Added Value NA. In his new position, Stinson is tasked with aligning the firm's qual and design researchers across its North American offices. Earlier in his career, he held senior usability and strategy roles at Avenue A | Razorfish.
