New York Launch for Euro RSCG Discovery

Euro RSCG Discovery is launching a New York unit, to be jointly led by MD Matt Blasco and Rich Notarianni. Services will include forecasting, ROI prototyping, mixed models, digital measurement and engagement strategy.

Matt BlascoDiscovery is the data analytics and behavioral marketing arm of marketing services agency Euro RSCG Worldwide - itself part of Havas - and combines behavioral, attitudinal and lifestyle data to develop actionable insights for clients.

Matt Ryan, co-Chairman Euro RSCG New York, comments: 'Analytics and measurement have traditionally been an afterthought, and the truth is that data should drive a campaign from concept through execution. Having these capabilities in a specialized group means we can dedicate staff and resources toward the effort full-time, and make investments in research, development, and talent.'

The new team comprises data and social analytics specialists. Euro RSCG's Blasco (pictured), who originally joined the agency in New York as Associate Director of Analytics and Insight in 2009, now takes on the post of Managing Director of the new venture. Earlier in his career, he served as Manager Strategy and Measurement Analytics at Publicis Modem, and as a Strategy Analyst at Digitas.
