KSS Retail CEO to Head dunnhumby Tech

In the US, dunnhumby - the data firm behind the Tesco Clubcard loyalty scheme - has appointed Yael Cosset as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO), alongside his existing role as CEO of the company's price modeling and customer insight firm KSS Retail.

Yael Cossetdunnhumby analyses data from more than 350 million people in 28 countries, and employs more than 1,900 people in 30 offices in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

In his expanded role, Cosset will oversee all aspects of dunnhumby's technology, infrastructure and product offerings, with a specific focus on personalization technology. He joined KSS Retail following its acquisition by dunnhumby, prior to which he worked for dunnhumby as EVP Consumer Markets. He earlier held leadership positions at computer software firm MicroStrategy.
