Gemius to Measure Online Audiences in Moldova

EMEA agency Gemius has been commissioned by Moldova's Joint Industry Committee B.A.T.I. to provide online audience measurement across the country.

Gemius currently runs panels in a number of countries including Belarus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Israel, Poland, Russia and Turkey.

Stanislav Popov (pictured), Audit Director of B.A.T.I. (The Moldavian Audit Bureau of Circulations and Internet), commented: 'Bearing in mind Gemius' experience in providing the highest quality online audience studies throughout Europe and the company's understanding of the CEE region, we are looking forward to our cooperation on the Moldavian market.'

Gemius will conduct the study using its hybrid gemiusAudience methodology, which integrates consumer panel data with site-centric research. Initial web audience data is expected to be delivered in May 2012.

Separately, Gemius has added its gemiusStream audio and video analytics service to its existing gemiusAudience contract in the Ukraine, where it has been supplying audience measurement services since 2008.
