Radius Hires Sharma to Head Global Qual

In the UK, Radius Global Market Research has appointed Anjul Sharma for its new role as Global Director of Qualitative Research, to lead the firm's qual practice across its client base in the US, EMEA, and Asia from its office in London.

Anjul SharmaUS-headquartered Radius Global uses proprietary tools to provide insights for clients in the consumer products, financial services, pharmaceutical, communications, and traditional/new media sectors.

The firm, which was formerly known as Data Development Worldwide, recently introduced a new process called 'Configure', to help clients identify new product opportunities by tapping into consumers' perceptions of how a market is structured.

Sharma joins from UK-based brand consultancy The Value Engineers, where she served as Senior Consultant and Director of Qualitative Insight. Prior to this, she worked for Synovate in the UK and Dubai, where she oversaw qual research across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She began her career at TRBI, and also held positions at UK agencies Marketing Direction and BDRC.

In her new role, Sharma reports to Michael Fodor MD of Radius EMEA, who comments: 'Anjul has built a solid reputation for helping marketers understand different cultures and ethnic groups in new and enlightening ways. Her perspective will be invaluable to our clients as they look for new ways and new places in which to grow their businesses.'
