Twitter Analyst Percollate Launches

In Cambridge, UK, software developer Chris Arnold has officially launched a new company, Percollate, which offers a social media analysis tool for sourcing relevant Twitter audiences.

Chris ArnoldThe Percollate tool allows marketers to search for Twitter users by topic, then filter this audience using either Twitter’s own data or metrics from Klout, Kred, or PeerIndex. Users can automatically search for influential consumers who are Tweeting about specific products, then further sort and filter the results by, for example, number of tweets per day, subject, or location.

Arnold (pictured) is also the creator of the EngagementIndex, which measures a company’s customer service performance on Twitter. He is supported in the new venture by advisors Scott Allison - the founder of SaaS team management software firm Teamly - and social media strategist Travis Lee Street, co-founder of predictive research technology firm Style Gauge.
