Delve Hires Balden to Expand Online Operation

In the US, full service agency Delve Marketing Research has announced plans to expand its online data collection and panel capabilities and has recruited Wally Balden as Managing Director of the online division. He joins from CPG specialist InsightsNow.

Wally BaldenBalden's remit is to expand and enhance both the qual and quant online offering and leverage Delve's existing respondent database to facilitate the recruitment of panels and consumer targeted online communities. Delve says the addition of these online tools will allow it to offer a more complete recruitment and data collection service.

Balden has been involved in online marketing research since 1995 and has worked in the industry for over 30 years, during which time he has been involved in several online data quality initiatives. In the course of his career he has been a Senior Account Executive at InsightsNow, VP Integrated Research Group at Evolve24 and Director, Online Research at Maritz. He has also worked for Market Facts and Synovate.
