Komli Raises $39m for Online Audience Tools

Mumbai-based online ad network and audience measurement provider Komli Media has raised $39m, which it will invest in its core technology platforms and use to expand its presence across the APAC region.

Prashant MehtaKomli's solutions include Real-Time Bidding performance ad platform ATOM, which integrates various types of audience data; ViziSense, which enables users to look up audience and traffic statistics for any Internet site accessed from India; and AdView, which offers an online ad monitoring and analysis tool.

The company has now raised a total of $62m. The latest round was led by Norwest Venture Partners (NVP) with participation from four other investment companies.

Prashant Mehta (pictured), CEO of Komli Media, comments: 'This financing will allow us to materially scale our platform and operations by investing in our Real-Time Bidding (RTB), data, analytics, and retargeting solutions to improve ROI for advertisers and yield for publishers. Our solutions will allow us to deepen our presence and engagement with customers and publisher partners across APAC.'
