Ipsos Hires Strategist for IOTX Centre

In the UK, Ipsos has appointed Victoria Kaulback as Senior Brand Strategist in its research innovation centre, the Open Thinking Exchange (IOTX), where she is tasked with introducing the firm's first 'productised' solutions in Europe.

Victoria KaulbackIOTX was launched in 2010, with a remit to tap into collective intelligence across the Ipsos group, in order to spearhead innovation and exploit new data collection technologies.

Kaulback (pictured) joins from research and innovation specialist NowWhatResearch where she was a Partner, prior to which she was VP Brand Planning Director at Y&R, and Director of Strategy at Brand Architecture International. Before this, she held planning, brand and account management roles at TBWA Paris, DMB&B London, BDDH London, JWT and Schroders.

Her experience spans product and service innovation, brand rejuvenation, and the development of tools and techniques for both online and off-line behavioural analysis.

In her new role, Kaulback is a member of the Strategic Solutions Group led by Maury Giles.
