ORC International veteran Warren Frankel has taken up the post of President of specialist data and delivery business Ipsos Observer in America, responsible for overseeing domestic teams while working closely with the rest of the Ipsos network.

Ipsos Observer focuses on survey management, data collection and data delivery for clients across all sectors requiring field and tab services.

Frankel (pictured) joins after a nineteen-year career with ORC International, where he served in both client-facing and operations roles. He joined the firm as a Junior Research Assistant in 1993, and since 2009 has worked as Senior Vice President and Director of the company’s US Research Operations. Frankel says taking up the new role is a ‘significant move’ for him - both personally and professionally.
