Celebrus Upgrades to Link Surfing and Social Media

October 12 2012

Newbury-based Celebrus Technologies has enhanced its digital analytics platform to link individuals' behaviour on web sites and mobile apps with their interactions with the leading social media platforms.

Katharine HullsFounded in 1999 and formerly known as Speed-Trap, Celebrus captures real-time data on individual online visitor behaviour from any mobile or laptop browser, and uses this to drive cross-channel behavioural targeting and personalisation.

The latest release gives clients a single view of their customers across all digital channels, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, to enable them to drive targeted offers and communications to specific individuals. The firm says it will also help organisations increase the effectiveness of their social media analysis.

VP Marketing Katharine Hulls (pictured) comments: 'Social media holds valuable information on potential customers and their interactions with an organisation and its brand or products. There are tools available that provide aggregate data, however with Celebrus you can now pull all this data together in real-time and turn it into highly insightful, individual-level profiles which can be used immediately.'
