SymphonyIRI Promotes Chaudhari for US Lead Role

Consumer, retail and healthcare specialist SymphonyIRI has promoted Piyush Chaudhari to the newly created role of President of the Americas, with a focus on driving performance and growth for domestic and select global clients.

Chaudhari (pictured) takes up the position with more than twenty years' experience in client service, operations and technology. He joined the company last year as Executive Vice President, prior to which he was CEO of Aon Hewitt Canada, and he worked for McKinsey and Company. Having originally trained as an engineer, he spent many years earlier in his career at Motorola and IBM in product development and support roles.

In his new position, reporting directly to President and CEO Andrew Appel, Chaudhari will be responsible for Client Insights, Client Services and Pre-Sales. In addition, he will oversee several multi-national and global clients. Part of the role was previously managed by Mark Parise, who led Client Insights and recently left the company after eleven years to pursue 'other opportunities'.
