Civicom Adds Arabic Language MR Tools

Connecticut, US-based Civicom Marketing Research Services has added Arabic language options to its online discussion tools.

Clients can now conduct online depth interviews or focus groups completely in Arabic or using both English and Arabic, and can run projects in any Arabic-speaking country or with respondents from more than one country.

Civicom says it has already run client projects among respondents in countries including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Dubai, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt and Morocco.

There are also Arabic options for the firm's asynchronous multimedia board, Civicom Chatterbox, which facilitates discussions over time where respondents log in and answer questions at their leisure or at designated times; for live telephone interviews or focus groups; and for mobile qual studies.

The firm has had a busy three months, launching a Pinterest-based MR service and a mobile shopper insights app in May, and a social media-based respondent recruitment service in late April.
