Ipsos - via its Hong Kong office - has launched a platform integrating data from different stages of the staff recruitment process, branded as the Candidate Experience Optimizer (CEO).
The new product is designed to provide recruiting teams with the data they need to identify the best recruitment channels, track progress and 'improve the entire candidate journey'. All online and face-to-face interactions with jobseekers, students and candidates can be stored and assessed on the platform, which also offers tools for the collection of real-time feedback throughout the process, for example through surveys conducted on site at campus/job fairs. The suite also allows for a short, confidential assessment to be added at each key stage of the process.
JB Aloy (pictured), SVP for Ipsos Employee Research Management, comments: 'Companies invest a lot of time and money to attract the talent that will sustain their development. Top employers pay attention to all touch points to provide a best-in-class candidate experience. In addition, they ensure their employment value proposition is well communicated and understood to attract not only the best candidates, but the ones who will truly thrive and perform in their corporate culture.'
