Todd CullenO&M offers services such as advertising; PR and public affairs; shopper and retail marketing; and consulting, research and analytics through its network of more than 500 offices in 126 countries.

In his new role, Cullen is charged with identifying data sources and techniques, building scalable predictive analytics models, and applying the resulting insights across O&M's services. He replaces Dimitri Maex, who originally established the practice and was promoted to MD of OgilvyOne New York last year.

Cullen reports to Miles Young, Worldwide Chairman and CEO, who comments: 'Data and analytics are our heritage. David Ogilvy worked for Gallup before he started his agency and we have been using data to uncover insights and optimize our campaigns for more than 20 years. The appointment of Todd signals our intent to stay at the forefront of this area. His global experience with developing data offerings for some of the world's biggest companies, along with his track record for using innovative new data and analytics techniques make him a wonderful addition to the company.'
