Cross-Tab Launches Reporting and Analysis Tool

MR outsourcing company Cross-Tab Marketing Services has launched Livewire, a reporting and analysis tool forming part of its research operations technology platform ctOS.

ctOS (Cross-Tab Optimizer Suite) offers a user-friendly means of improving the speed and efficiency of global market research projects, and to report and visualize results. Livewire combines an advanced reporting engine that integrates seamlessly with various data collection tools; custom report authoring and charting using a drag-and-drop tool and a system of templates; and the option to build up trend analysis wave by wave for long term projects such as brand trackers. Users can also download survey data including verbatim responses, as it arrives.

Livewire works on multiple platforms / formats including HTML5, Android and iOS, and integrates with key research platforms such as Confirmit, Dimensions and Askia. Users can track in-field project progress and interact with project managers; create custom dashboards; monitor key survey metrics; and download or export data in real time.
