BLiNQ Hires Choudhury as CEO

In the US, social media ad technology firm BLiNQ Media has appointed ad agency exec Raj Choudhury as Chief Executive Officer.

Raj ChoudhuryBLiNQ Media, which is part of publishing giant Gannett's G/O Digital division, provides campaign management and analytics via its Facebook ad platform BAM (BLiNQ Ad Management), and audience targeting insights through its LiFT tool (likes, interests and fan targets).

Choudhury (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience of building digital marketing businesses. Most recently, he was EVP Operations at Publicis-owned ad agency group Moxie, prior to which he served as MD, EVP Operations at digital marketing and advertising agency Engauge (later acquired by Publicis and merged with Moxie), where he worked for five years in a variety of roles, including MD, Digital. Earlier, he co-founded interactive marketing and technology agency Spunlogic, which was acquired by Engauge in 2008.
