Acxiom Hires Amex Veteran Kerry Hatch

Enterprise data and analytics company Acxiom has hired American Express veteran Kerry Hatch as Chief Operating Officer, Global Client Services.

Kerry HatchAcxiom combines consumer data and analytics, databases, data integration and consulting solutions for personalized, multichannel marketing - including a suite of products to provide customer segment data based on lifestyle and intent to purchase profiles. Earlier this year, the firm partnered with digital measurement giant comScore, to enhance their respective audience reporting and multi-channel marketing offers.

Hatch (pictured) most recently served as CEO of software start-up Gocella, prior to which, she worked at Time Inc. as CEO and President of the for-profit school product fundraising business QSP. Earlier, she was President of Starwood Hotels' St Regis and Luxury Collection business, and she served as CEO and President of GoodTimes Entertainment. For the first 22 years of her career, Hatch worked for American Express Travel Related Services, and latterly she served as President of the OPEN small business network. In addition, Hatch sits on the Boards of Vistage and PlastiQ, and she is an angel investor in several digital start-ups.

In her new role, Hatch will be responsible for global revenue strategy, deal development and sales operations, and she will report to Global Chief Revenue Officer Nada Stirratt, who comments: 'Kerry's appointment is an important strategic move that will help us accelerate growth, sharpen our focus on the strong market opportunities before us, and build on the success of AOS (Audience Operating System) as its momentum expands around the globe.'
