HfS Research Adds Two to Team

Cambridge, MA-based outsourcing advisory and analyst firm HfS Research has hired Fred McClimans for the newly created position of Chief Client Officer, and Bram Weerts as Vice President of Global Business Development.

Fred McClimans and Bram WeertsHfS combines social media solutions with market research and advisory services, with a team of analysts providing insight on business process outsourcing, IT and cloud business services. In addition, the firm uses its crowdsourced 'Blueprint Methodology' to evaluate the performance of service providers in terms of innovation, and their ability to execute against business outcomes.

McClimans, a long-time member of the HfS Advisory Board, joins full-time after running his own competitive intelligence firm Current Analysis (acquired by Progressive Digital Media last year). During his career, he also co-founded analytics consultancy Decisys, and served as a Program Manager at Gartner. In his new role, McClimans will oversee all sales, marketing and customer service activities.

Amsterdam-based Weerts most recently ran his own influencer relations strategy consultancy Kea Company, before which he was a Consultant at Essent and TomTom, and an Account Executive at Gartner. He is now tasked with leading HfS's international expansion.
