Market Cube Hires Roy Patel for European Push

US online sample and research operations company Market Cube has set up an office in London, where it has appointed former Lightspeed Research exec Roy Patel as European Regional Head.

Roy PatelMarket Cube owns and operates proprietary panels with more than one million respondents worldwide, and has access to millions more through a network of panel, publisher and social media partners. The firm's field and analytics solutions include sample access/management, CATI data collection and dashboard reporting.

At Lightspeed, Patel (pictured) worked most recently as SVP - Sales & Business Development for the EMEA region. Before this, he was UK Director for European online research agency MetrixLab, Head of Sales and Account Management at Nielsen/NetRatings, and a founding member of the UK commercial operation of Internet measurement specialist Jupiter Media Metrix (now part of comScore). More recently, Patel ran his own consultancy, servicing clients in the research, analytics, technology and intelligence sectors.
