TNS BMRB Names Qual and Comms Research Leaders

In London, Kantar public sector division TNS BMRB has promoted Ben Toombs to the role of Head of Qualitative and Communications Research, while making Caitlin Connors his deputy.

Ben Toombs and Caitlin ConnorsToombs was previously TNS BMRB's Head of Behavioural Insight, and before this worked as a director at qual specialist Cragg Ross Dawson. In his new role, he leads a team that works with a wide range of public sector clients, including Whitehall, on areas including policy evaluation, deliberative research, communications evaluation and behaviour change.

Reporting directly to Toombs, Connors takes up the position of Deputy Head of Qualitative and Communications Research. She currently leads a range of mixed-method studies for TNS' government and third sector clients, which includes research spanning behavioural insight, customer experience, and communications development. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Define Research and Insight, the European Neuroscience and Society Network, LSE, the Yale Child Study Centre, and a range of clinical and research institutions across the US and UK.
